Available Products:

We are direct with over 100 manufactures and have an extensive list of available products.  If you do not see a products listed on our website, please contact us for availability and pricing. (815) 857-2000

 

Shipping:

We will ship your order the most economical way through USPS, UPS, or FedEx.  If items are in stock, they will be shipped to you within 1-2 business days.  Many items may be shipped to you direct from the manufacturer.  Shipping lead times on these items may vary.  Please note: Thermal Imaging batteries, Globe leather boots, turnout gear, and some other products may have longer production times.   If you need an order prior to a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to see if fulfillment is possible.

 

Returns:

All returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.  Products must be in original packaging, unopened, and unused to be eligible for return.  Shipping costs will not be refunded. If your product is not returned in its original condition it will be shipped back to you and return credit will be denied.  Returns are not accepted on custom made items (wide calf boots, turnout gear, etc).  All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  Contact us for return policy on specific items.

Sales Tax:

Sales tax of 6.25% will be charged to all Illinois orders.

 

Errors:

We reserve the right to make corrections to any misprints or error.

Multiple Product Orders:

For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are not in stock at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available.  

 

Order Acceptance Policy:

While we will do our best to fulfill ever order in its entirety, your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Illinois Fire Store reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item due to stock and manufacturing restrictions.

We use this information to process your order(s), to keep you updated on your purchases and to personalize your shopping experience.

Warranty Issues:

Items that have been put into service and are thought to be defective fall under the manufacturer’s warranty, if there is one available. The item will need to be returned to the manufacture for evaluation, through coordination with the Illinois Fire Store.  Repair, a replacement, or a refund will be at the discretion of the manufacturer based on the results of their evaluation.
